A character by Osamu Tezuka . Super easy to draw ^^. Actually, I'm crazy about him when I read "Pluto" by Naoki Urasawa ( a Super Great manga you shouldn't miss in your life ^^ ).

I drew him long time ago but until now I had had a chance to submit ( hey, hey that's not because I'm lazy >~< )
